4 egg pavlova

4 egg whites
1 1/2 cups castor sugar
1tspn cornflour
1 tspn vinegar
1 tspn vanilla

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Gradually add half the sugar, beating all the time untilstiff peaks form.
fold in cornflour,vinegar and vanilla and rest of the sugar.
Pile on a plate or cooking tray.
Bake until firm and pale brown (Very pale). Turn off oven and leave in to cool.

Decorate with whipped cream and fruitof choice, or whatever you like.

Oven should be set to 130 c. and cook for approx. 1 1/2 hours, or til done.
