1 cup S R Flour
2 dessertspoons cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
4 ozs melted butter
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl, and add melted butter. It may seem a little dry, but don't worry...it always turns out OK. Put into a lamington tray, and smooth down with the back of a spoon.
Bake 190C for 20-25 mins.
While still warm, ice it with choc. icing.
Sit dish over pan of simmering water. melt in 1 tspn butter. Then add 1 cup Icing sugar, 1 tspn cocoa, and 1 tblspn hot water. When mixed to a creamy consistency, pour over slice. Cut into squares, and try and stop eating it all at once!!
